Relaxing Pools

My experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On one hand, I had the chance to enjoy a spacious family suite and lovely pool facilities, along with a fantastic rooftop bar. On the other hand, my friend's stay was marked by major issues like unclean sheets and malfunctioning AC. Additionally, crowded breakfast service left much to be desired. Overall, while the amenities are great, the service and room cleanliness need significant improvement.
